BurrowSwap products are made using high-quality PLA+, a commonly used 3D printing material known for its durability, lightweight feel, and smooth finish.
PLA+ is commonly used for decorative and enclosure accessories because it is:

All products are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Important Safety Information
No hamster accessory is completely chew-proof.
Hamsters naturally explore and chew objects within their enclosure, and every hamster behaves differently. Because of this, all enclosure accessories should be checked regularly for signs of wear, chewing, or damage.
We strongly recommend:
- Inspecting products regularly for damage or excessive chewing
- Removing any damaged or heavily chewed item immediately
- Supervising pets appropriately and maintaining regular enclosure checks
BurrowSwap products are intended as enclosure accessories and enrichment items, not chewing toys.
Magnetic Sleeve System
Many BurrowSwap products feature our interchangeable magnetic sleeve system, allowing you to customise and swap designs easily.
Magnets are securely installed during assembly to keep sleeves firmly in place during normal use. However, if a product becomes damaged through excessive chewing, wear, or accidental breakage, magnets could potentially become exposed.

Cleaning & Care

- Store spare sleeves in a cool, dry place
