Made-to-Order Products
All BurrowSwap items are made to order and created specifically for each customer. Because of this, production begins shortly after your order is placed.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at burrowswap@outlook.com.
If production has not yet started, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at burrowswap@outlook.com with photos of the issue.
We will review the problem and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution where appropriate.
Exchanges
As items are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, you will need to place a new order.
