At BurrowSwap, every order is carefully made, checked, and packaged before it is sent out.
🛠️ Processing Times
All BurrowSwap items are made to order, meaning they are produced after your purchase.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 working days
- During busy periods, this may take slightly longer
- We always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible without compromising quality
🇬🇧 UK Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
All orders are sent using Royal Mail tracked services.
- Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days after dispatch
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout
📬 Order Updates
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, so you can follow your delivery.
