Instead of replacing entire items, you can swap designs and styles to refresh your setup whenever you like.

Are all sleeves compatible with all products?

Yes — every BurrowSwap sleeve is designed to be compatible with every compatible BurrowSwap base product within the system.

This means you can swap designs between your hides, baths, tunnels, and future accessories without needing to purchase completely new setups each time.

What material are BurrowSwap products made from?

Our products are made using high-quality PLA+, a commonly used 3D printing material known for its durability, lightweight feel, and smooth finish.

Are BurrowSwap products safe for hamsters?

BurrowSwap products are designed as enclosure accessories and enrichment items for responsible pet owners.

Like all hamster accessories, products should be inspected regularly for signs of chewing, wear, or damage and removed immediately if damaged.

No hamster accessory is completely chew-proof.

Are the magnets exposed?

No. Magnets are securely installed during assembly and are not exposed during normal use.

However, if a product becomes damaged through excessive chewing or wear, magnets could potentially become exposed. Any damaged item should be removed from the enclosure immediately.

Can my hamster chew BurrowSwap products?

Hamsters naturally chew items within their environment. BurrowSwap products are not designed to be chewing toys, and excessive chewing may damage the product.

We recommend regular enclosure checks and immediate removal of any damaged item.

How do I clean my BurrowSwap products?

We recommend gently wiping products clean using a damp cloth.

Please avoid:

Dishwashers
Prolonged soaking in water
Extreme heat exposure

Will more products and sleeves be released?

Yes! BurrowSwap is continuously growing, with new sleeves, accessories, colours, and enclosure items planned for future releases.

Do colours look exactly the same in person?

Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, and the 3D printing process.

Each product is individually made and may contain small unique characteristics that are normal with 3D printed items.

Are your products handmade?

Each BurrowSwap product is individually printed, assembled, inspected, and prepared with care before dispatch.

How long will my order take?
